NEW SVAACN Impact Research Grant!!!!

SVAACN supports members of our community who seek evidence to support direct care nurses in ensuring safety and excellent care for acute and critically ill patients and their families. Funds support research that drives change in acute and critical care nursing practice. Awards are available up to $2500.

Submission Dates- Open: Feb 1st through April 1st 2024

• Notification of decision of the review panel will be made May 1, 2024

Who Can Apply

• Principal investigators must hold an earned master's degree or have completed candidacy requirements in a BSN-to-PhD or DNP program.
• Current SVAACN and AACN membership is required. Principal investigators must be registered nurses holding current SVAACN and AACN membership at the time of submission and must remain SVAACN and AACN members throughout the life of the grant funding

. The following are ineligible:

• Principal investigators who have previously received SVAACN grant funding are ineligible for additional funding during the lifetime of their original awards (defined as enrollment of the first subject to completion of data analyses and preparation of abstract for presentation or publication of study findings).
